I recently visited the Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital in Mastichak, Bihar. This hospital is trying to upgrade its IT infrastructure and needed some help to determine how and what they needed to do. This blog post outlines some of the technical goals for the hospital as well as possible solutions.
